Symptoms:
Pain, swelling, and tenderness at the wrist near the base of the thumb. Pain typically occurs at the left wrist at the top of the backswing.
Treatments:
Among the possible treatments are: Rest, medication, thumb spica splinting, therapy, cortisone, surgery
Do:
Avoid excessive cocking of the left wrist at the top of the backswing.

Most severe back injury that occur during a game of golf, usually held a couple of days. Here are the most common injury during the course:
Stretching muscles: usually occurs during a sharp attack on the ball, or a sudden drop during the game.
Jamming muscle or tendon: usually happens when a very long game of golf or in case of accidents if not playing golf.

We’ve reviewed quite a different intense physical complications to which we can expose the practice of golf, but there is one that is characteristic of this sport and is called golfer’s elbow.
